个人简介

丘雨锦.毕业自马来西亚艺术学院戏剧系, 主修舞台。现为全职剧场工作者, 曾任吉隆坡艺人馆前台行政主任及Gardner & Wife Theatre宣传经理。除了执行行政制作，也曾参与多个剧团之文化交流活动及实验演出。2003年代表艺人馆与亚细安日本交流年前往日本实习三个月，在2007年亦参与南韩文化部主办之文化交流计划完成六个月之文化交流及剧场行政实习，居住首尔期间，参与多项国际文化研讨会。

曾任多间中小学及生活营戏剧导师，电视电影及舞台剧演员。近年执导作品主要有– <<蠢货>>,<<老妈当自强>>，英剧“OKIKU – A TRAGEDY RETOLD” ,“ RACE – 4 original Short Plays” 及《长椅》。

荣衔作品包括<<老妈当自强>>于马华文化协会的青年才艺赛优秀奖. 她首部执导公演作品《蠢货》在戏炬奖2003为年度最佳戏剧。 亦在Kakiseni Boh Cameronian Awards 荣获七项提名包括最佳导演，而在2008年的RACE – 4 original Short Plays里所编导的One In A Billion 被提名最佳国语剧本及BMW短片比赛荣获最佳演员。

Kimmy has worked with numerous theatre productions in various capacities before she join The Actors Studio as FOH Supervisor and Gardner and Wife Theatre as Associate Producer for the past seven years.

Also a theatre director and actor, Kimmy has directed Checkov’s The Bear (by The Actors Studio in 2003), Okiku- A Tragedy Retold(by Toniquet Productions in 2007) and recently Race – Four Original Short PlaysI  by RPT Theatre.  Her direction of The Bear  won the Best Drama of 2003 Ping Stage Chinese Theatre Awards and garnered 7 nominations ( including for Best Director) at the 2003 BOH Cameronian Arts Awards.

In 2007, Kimmy participated in 6 month residency program work with Korea Art Management  & Service (KAMS) based in Seoul. The working experience with the Korea most veteran theatre profession, has gain her the open eyes  on  arts and culture administrative  strategies development , international net working, marketing and policy maker for performing arts.
